Soulful Faith

Happy Memorial Day!

As we remember the great sacrifice of our men and women, let us also remember the Greatest Sacrifice of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Every day should be Memorial Day.

As we celebrate the freedom from oppression and slavery, let us always remember the freedom that we gained from Jesus when he died on the cross and gave us freedom from sin. Happy Juneteenth!

As we celebrate the independence of our nation, let us remember the greatest independence we have in Jesus Christ. He sacrificed and gave us independence and freedom from sin. John 8:36 - If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. (KJV) Happy Independence Day!

Exploring Faith and Spirituality

It’s All About Love

God showed us the greatest example of love that was ever seen or known to mankind.  We as followers of Christ should always love each other. That is His greatest commandment!

Psalm 34: 1-8

We should Praise God at all times. When things are going good, we find it easy, but when things get hard and the bottom falls out, we need to praise Him all the way through. Praise should flow from your lips regardless of where you are in life. Lift up the name of Jesus and He will see you through

We should always rejoice no matter how hard it might be. We should always pray without stopping. Our prayer life should be constant and continuous, especially when it is hard to do or when we don’t think God hears us. Be thankful in the good times, bad times and uncertain times. This is His will.

Daniel 3: 17-18, 20-21

A Faith Worth Dying For

That is a great example of not wavering in faith. We should remain steadfast in our  Faith in God no matter what situation the enemy brings. We should always remember that our faith will sustain us no matter what.

A Faith Worth Dying Foe

Give all your burdens to the Lord. He will hold you and he will never suffer the righteous to be moved. They will never be moved from His presence.

The Blessings of Marriage

In 1st Thessalonians  3:12  we see  that Paul  was praying  that the Thessalonians would let  their  love overflow and saturate each other because  love was important to their spiritual relationship and growth. That is  what  we should do in our marriages to saturate each other just like God loves us.  Spread  the love and watch  how your life’s  work changes

Say Yes!

Saying Yes to God and Following His Direction

Sometimes in life we don't know what God is telling us or teaching us.  God told Peter to continue to fish even when he didn't see any proof that he would be successful.  When God speaks to us, we must step out on faith and trust him.  We must not lean to our own understanding.  We must remember that God has every situation under control.  We might not see it or understand it but follow what the Lord has told you... He will never let you down.   Luke 5:1-11

He'll Do It Again

He is the same God that has carried you through the valley. He's the same God that has healed your body and He is the same God that will do it again.  Nothing is too hard for God.  Always remember that no weapon formed against you shall prosper.  This means there's no situation that God can't handle.   Hebrews; 13:8

Humility with Jesus

Humility with Jesus

When we submit to the will of God and decrease so that He increase, He wiill bless us.  Let’s look to Him in all we do.  God will not use us when we‘re full of ourselves. Let’s forget about the world and watch God heal the land.

Psalm 100:4

As we celebrate Thanksgiving, let us not forget to thank the Lord for our many blessings.  We should enter His gates with thanks and give him the honor and praise He so richly deserves.  The greatest thing we should be thankful for is His son, who died on the cross and gave us salvation.  Happy Thanksgiving!

The Greatest Gift of All As we celebrate this season of gift giving, let us never forget the greatest gift that we all have received: Jesus Christ, The Gift of Salvation and Eternal Life. Merry Christmas from Pastor Clarence and First Lady Karen Evans

As we journey more into 2025, let us not grow weary in well doing. Remain steadfast in our service for God and grow so that we continue to thrive in 2025. Be Blessed Pastor Evans

It has been an honor and privilege to be the under shepherd of this ministry for the past year. My prayer is that we connect to grow and serve God. I want us to lead people to a better understanding of God. God bless each of you and To God Be The Glory. Pastor Clarence O. Evans

Happy Resurrection Day

As we approach Resurrection Sunday, let us not forget the events that took place before that day- the humiliation, the deceit, and the brutality.  The greatest thing we

should remember is the Love that God has for His people and that he gave his son as a sacrifice so that we may have eternal life.  The Bread of Life Ministries want to wish you and your families a very blessed Resurrection Sunday,

Pastor Clarence and First Lady Karen Evans
